On the cancellation of the agreement, the provisions from the general terms and conditions apply. Unless otherwise provided for in the general terms and conditions, the following applies:
Cancellation by the tenant/contractor is free of charge possible until more than fourteen (14) days before the agreed arrival date.
By cancellation between fourteen (14) and eight (8) days before the arrival date, the tenant/contractor is fifty percent (50%) of the agreed booking price due, in accordance with the general terms and conditions.
If the cancellation takes place within seven (7) days before the arrival date, the tenant/contractor is one hundred percent (100%) of the agreed booking price due, as further specified in the general terms and conditions.ht.
