Reservations can only be made in writing and must be requested personally by the guest via the provider's website or one of the connected booking channels.
A reservation is first considered definitive after full payment of at least the overnight stay price has been received. After definitive confirmation, cancellation remains possible in accordance with the cancellation conditions as stated on the website and in the general terms and conditions.
In case of theft, damage or loss of items in or around the accommodation, the management reserves the right to charge the guest for the full costs of restoration, replacement or cleaning.
Upon detection of theft, a report will always be filed with the police.
